Growing up, I have always been passionate about work ethic and organization; of time, money, energy. For several years I have taken this passion and put it to work for various companies and schools in different states. Whether that’s supervising in a small restaurant, assisting in management of custodial at a university, time managing on the sales floor, or grasping the concepts of organizations, it’s become part of who I am and what I do for whatever company I’m working for.
Now I am focused on helping businesses get beyond simple success. E.C.S. is build on principles that will help operate businesses better organize their time, people, and ideas, to their maximum potential. More info about me and E.C.S. is at the Endeavor Consulting Services main site, so check it out!
After setting up my blog the first time, I feel like that kid who yells, “ON YOUR MARK!!! GOOO…NO WAIT, I’m not ready yet, technical glitch, everybody wait…ok GOOO!” Haha, my website was published, and then it turned around and failed because of one blog overwriting another. Ouch, something to watch out for in the future! E.C.S. Blog is up and running, hopefully for good now. I’m definitely a visual person though, so getting from my big idea to actual operating websites and articles took some mind mapping. Thankfully, I found just the program for it.
Meet MindNode, a brainstorming software that lets you lay out exactly what you’re looking to do.
This software is an enormous help to me setting up myself for success in my planning stages. It takes my ideas and puts them on virtual paper, and lets me critic them, adjust them and then follow them to the letter. Maybe you won’t work the same way as me, but the software is worth checking out. There is a free and paid version, MindNode Pro, which I will be ordering soon.
Over then next few weeks I will be taking more great ideas I’ve been shown and passing them along to you. I’ll be setting E.C.S. up to function well, and I’ll keep everyone up to date about the programs or skills I’m using to get there.
How do you organize your ideas for use?
